The Research Quality Assurance and Education Advisor is accountable for conducting quality assurance audits and investigations, as well as developing and delivering a comprehensive clinical research education program to promote compliance. This role serves as an expert resource to leadership on clinical research compliance, risk management and mitigation strategies. The Advisor remains current with applicable policies and regulations to provide continuous improvement to the organizational Quality Assurance and Education Program for clinical research. In addition to standard duties, the Advisor is expected to engage in role‑related teaching, professional development, and research activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in science, Pharmacy or Health related field requiredPost Secondary Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance or equivalentRQAP, SoCRA or ACRP certification preferredAdvanced knowledge of legislation, regulations, standards and guidelines relevant to clinical research (Proficient)3 - 5 years of relevant experienceAdvanced knowledge of clinical research conduct (Proficient)Current experience auditing clinical research for compliance and quality assurance (Proficient)Demonstrated knowledge and skill in program development,
