The Leader provides management and leadership to Department Clerks through coaching and training employees toward maximum execution of the strategy, standards and offering. The Leader actively supports an environment of employee and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service to meet customer needsResponsible for supervision of employees on the night shiftSchedule, train, coach, and develop night shift employeesManage all facets of store operations during the night shiftEnsure department standards are followed and store is ready for business at end of each shiftProcess and receive grocery ordersMerchandise the Grocery DepartmentPerform retail floor maintenanceEnsure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adheredResponsible for ensuring that OH&S, food safety, security,
