We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and self-starting individuals who will provide exceptional Great Experiences and Memories to our guests with warm, friendly smiles and engaging personalities. As a Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting with the overall management of the Front Office Operations while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all Team Members. You will assist with the planning and directing of the Front Office Operations, ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and provides a learning environment to all Team Members.Duties and responsibilities for the Front Office Supervisor will include:Assists Front Office Duty Managers in day-to-day operations of the departmentDevelops training materials and training protocols for Front Office employeesEnsures the successful training and development of recent and existing Front Office employeesEnsures effective and consistent processes are being followed and adhered for the Front Office operationsSupervises, motivates and trains Front Office employeesProvides leadership, direction and mentoring to the Front Office TeamAssists in creating, implementing and managing best practices and service standards for all sectionsDevelops and maintains positive working relationships with team members and other departmentsAssists in guest concerns and satisfaction surveys with a strong aptitude for conflict resolutionsLiaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments.Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests,
ownership and employees).Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directedSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:Must already be employed as a Front Office Agent at the River Rock Casino ResortExceptional interpersonal and communications skillsGuest service experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks and projects at one timeAbility to stand for long periods of timeComputer literacy in MS Office; Opera an assetMinimum 1year hotel front desk experienceServing It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right CertificationAbility to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communicationA commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guestsA willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional developmentA passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellenceLive GCE’s Values on the job: Integrity, Team Engagement, Drive to Succeed, Service Excellence, and CitizenshipCandidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends and holidays.
