Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Worker focused on order picking, you accurately locate products using an RF scanner, pick and organize orders, and move them to the shipping area for timely dispatch. You work in a fast‑paced, clean, and highly accurate environment where the products you handle go directly to hospitals and patients.ResponsibilitiesUse an RF scanner to locate products throughout the facility and accurately pick items according to order requirements.Start each shift by obtaining an RF scanner and reviewing the list of orders to be picked for the day.Put away incoming orders and inventory into the appropriate locations within the warehouse.Select and use the correct pick bins based on shipment method, such as blue bins for FedEx orders and yellow bins for Purolator orders.Load picked items onto a cart and transport them safely and efficiently around the facility and to the shipping area.Prepare picked orders for shipment by organizing them in the designated shipping area according to carrier and schedule.Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, recognizing that products go directly to hospitals and must be correct.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of order picking experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.Proficiency using an RF scanner for locating and picking products.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly during the shift.English verbal and written communication skills to read orders, labels,



and system information and to communicate with team members.Basic computer skills to navigate warehouse systems and tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.ShiftDaysJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
