Come join our team to be a part of this amazing opportunity!Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all warehouse and materials management activities at the site. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel while ensuring alignment with operational priorities, invento ry accura cy standards, and supply chain processes.The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure materials are received, stored, and issued in a timely and controlled manner to support construction and ongoing operations.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee all day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory controlEnsure materials are handled, stored, and preserved in accordance with company standards and manufacturer requirementsMaintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and warehouse layout efficiencyLead continuous improvement of warehouse processes, layout, and material flowInventory Management & SystemsEnsure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and aligned within the Pronto ERP systemMaintain and drive inventory accuracy targets (cycle counts, reconciliations,
variance analysis)Oversee material master data integrity and stock parametersSupport implementation and compliance of standardized warehouse procedures and controlsLeadership & SupervisionProvide direct, hands-on leadership and supervision to warehouse personnelCoordinate daily work activities, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational conflictsCoach, mentor, and develop team members to improve capability and accountabilityEnsure appropriate staffing levels and support onboarding of new employeesHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirementsConduct regular safety inspections, field-level risk assessments, and safety interactionsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safe work practicesSupport compliance with applicable regulations (e.G., BC Mines Act, site policies, SOX controls where applicable)Coordination with Procurement & LogisticsCoordinate closely with Procurement to ensure timely receipt and availability of materialsSupport Logistics (in collaboration with Logistics Lead) to ensure efficient inbound/outbound material flowAssist in resolving material discrepancies, damages, and supply chain disruptionsProvide input into planning and scheduling of material deliveries and stagingCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Construction teams to understand material requirementsSupport planning and readiness by ensuring materials are staged and available as requiredParticipate in coordination meetings to align supply chain activities with site prioritiesAdditional DutiesAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned.The Ideal CandidateEducation / Qualifications:8+ years of experience in warehouse, materials management or supply chain roles, preferably in mining,
construction or heavy industryExperience / SkillsPrevious supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environmentStrong understanding of inventory control systems (experience with Pronto or similar ERP preferred)Experience working in remote or site-based operations is an assetStrong leadership and team management capability (hands-on, visible leadership style)High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process disciplineAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWork Location & ConditionsThis is a site-based camp job at Eskay Creek Mine site. This position involves working at a remote mine site on a 15 days on/ 13 days off rotation.The Eskay Creek Revitalization Project is located within the Coast Mountains of Northwestern British Columbia and Tahltan Territory. Ground transportation will be provided from local communities to the Eskay Creek Site facilities. For those applicants located elsewhere in western Canada, flight transportation from major urban centers will be provided to the Terrace or Smithers airports, from which shuttles will provide transportation to the Eskay Creek Camp facilities. Travel time and expenses are subject to Skeena’s Travel Policy.There will be exposure to extreme temperatures in all seasons including working outdoors in snow, mud, ice, and water conditions, walking to and from different locations on uneven ground, prolonged periods of standing and physically handling/lifting/moving heavy objects.Compensation The expected salary range for this position is CAD 120,000 - 135,000 in line with the competitive job market for such roles carried out in British Columbia. Salary ranges are guidelines and any job offer received by a candidate will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant education, training, and/or experience.All Applicants MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada.
