ResponsibilitiesEvent Management: oversee the setup, management, and accurate reporting of events for all our brands.Ticket Processing: ensure the smooth processing and distribution of single, package and season tickets.Inventory Management: maintain control over ticket inventory, ensuring compliance with established procedures and safeguarding fan account information.Customer Service: provide outstanding support to our Ticket Sales & Membership teams, addressing inquiries related to customer account information, pricing controls, and ticket management.Support internal departments with ticketing requests and troubleshooting of ticketing issues including ticket replacement, scanning issues and refunds.Support the brand teams with various league and event reporting.Provide reporting for internal and external contacts on ticket inventory, sales and renewals.Assist the Department Lead with processing and managing VIP ticket requests and inventory.Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management across the organization.Conduct oneself in a professional manner and take pride and ownership in the organization, its people and the position while maintaining confidentiality at all times.Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by management.Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and management.Report Management: Experience in running reports with the ability to filter and handle large amounts of information.Work with business partners on platforms integrating with Archtics to ensure accurate data flow (e.G., Salesforce,



Power BI).Support game day operations through inventory management and processing ticket requests.QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant or tangential field – many outstanding problem solvers study other things, so tell us how your background contributes to your success.Advanced to high-level skills in MS Excel.Meticulous attention to detail.Proven time management skills with the ability to meet shifting timelines and demands.Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and solve problems as needed.Knowledge of ticketing systems, particularly Archtics and or Ticketmaster Host is an asset.Experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms is an asset.Ability to be in the office at Scotiabank Arena 3 days a week.Application DeadlineSunday, May 31st at 11:59 pm.Compensation$23.05/hourEqual Opportunity StatementAt MLSE, we are committed to building an equitable, diverse and inclusive organization.
