Flexible, tactful, and skilled in conflict resolution with a positive leadership style. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and effective in problem-solving. Committed to safe, ethical, and effective patient care. Effective team participant and leader in multidisciplinary settings.
