Job Title: Prime Services - Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC

We are seeking a Business Analyst with robust Prime Services / Prime Brokerage domain expertise to support business growth initiatives, regulatory change programs, and platform modernization efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing hedge fund servicing capabilities, optimizing trade lifecycle processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.

Strong domain knowledge of Prime Brokerage / Prime Services.

Solid understanding of hedge fund operations, financing structures, and related business processes.

Experience with margin management, collateral management, securities lending, and financing products.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience collaborating across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
