Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team.In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, compliant, and well‑supported day‑to‑day transportation operation. You will achieve this by providing support to the Transportation Supervisor and drivers through daily route planning, staffing, and training.What You’ll DoLead the daily operational planning, including executing efficient route preparation, planning and monitoring to achieve high levels of service performance.Collaborate with drivers, customer service, and management by providing essential phone support, resolving routine customer delivery issues, and covering vacant routes or absences as needed.Operate DZ trucks to manage commercial asset transport (shredding bins and boxes) and residential relocations for Iron Mountain and Clutter.What You’ll Bring2 to 3 years of experience in transportation or driver operations.Strong knowledge of driver operational procedures, acting as an expert‑level resource to provide daily support and instruction to the driver team.Proven ability in problem‑solving routine issues related to routing, driver staffing,
