The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) planRepair damage to vehicle body panelsVehicle disassembly and reassemblyRepair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessoriesRemove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicleAssess and repair structural components of a vehicleUse of frame equipmentApply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity,
which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS)Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performanceMinimum Education And/or Experience Required For The JobHigh School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair ProgramRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesMinimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experienceWelding experience (MIG, TIG welding)Preferred Education And/or ExperienceRed Seal or 310B is preferredI-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)Other Requirements (Travel, Physical Requirements, etc.)You are able to lift up to 50 LbsYou have your own toolboxValid driver’s license requiredCompensationHourly: $30 - $32 per hour, Flat Rate.
