OverviewBusiness Operations Coordinator(On-Site) — Location: In-office (5 days/week). Reports to: Operations Manager. Employment Type: Full-time.This role supports day-to-day operations and helps drive execution across multiple projects. It is ideal for someone early in their career who demonstrates strong structure, follow-through, and maturity beyond their years. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring tasks move forward, deadlines are met, and accountability is maintained across both local and remote contributors. This is an in-office role requiring robust communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track multiple operational projects simultaneouslyMaintain task lists, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure executionCommunicate clearly with internal team members and external stakeholdersHold individuals accountable to deadlines and commitments (local and remote)Support process documentation, organization, and basic reportingIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate appropriatelyAssist with day-to-day operational tasks as neededEnsure high attention to detail and accuracy across all workFollow through on assignments without needing repeated remindersRequired QualificationsPost-secondary education (or currently completing) in business, operations,
