Job Title: MillwrightJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all high-speed machinery in our processing and packaging areas. You will be responsible for converting high-speed packaging machines for recent product format changes, investigating, recommending, and executing modifications to improve existing equipment, and performing safety inspections, lubrication, and necessary repairs or adjustments on machines to ensure quality control standards. You will also perform minor electrical repairs and work closely with the Engineering department for machine modifications and new machinery installations.ResponsibilitiesInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed machinery in processing and packaging areas.Convert high-speed packaging machines for new product format changes.Investigate, recommend, and execute modifications to improve existing equipment.Perform safety inspections, lubrication, and necessary repairs or adjustments on machines.Check machines in operation continually to detect problems and make necessary adjustments.Perform minor electrical repairs on machines.Accurately complete paperwork, close work orders, create notifications, and complete preventive maintenance.Collaborate with the Engineering department on machine modifications and new machinery installations.Work closely with operating colleagues to ensure high-quality products are produced while maintaining budgeted efficiencies.Follow food safety systems and procedures.Ensure all products meet GMP and food safety requirements.Participate in the development of IL6S tools and systems.Engage actively in changeovers and sanitation on the line.Utilize Root Cause Analysis tools to correct issues and eliminate breakdowns.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingBlueprint readingKnowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and pneumaticsMaintenance technician experienceUse of power toolsPreventative and corrective maintenanceMaintenance repair433A License3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance MechanicExperience with processing and packaging equipment, industrial installation, and repairAdditional Skills & QualificationsFood manufacturing experienceSAP ExperienceWhy Work Here?As a part of a global organization, you will have access to an employee store offering discounted products on all Mondelez items, including candy, chocolate, and cookies.
