If you love the challenge of making a big impact with a small team, this is the place for you.LocationTorontoResponsibilitiesManaging the staff of the Review Services Unit, including recruiting and onboarding, guiding professional development plans, managing performance commitments and evaluations, and coaching for high performance.Managing the activities of the Review Services Unit, including the PEO's investigation caseload, General Inquiries Service, designing and implementing proactive compliance initiatives, leading special projects, and evaluating the Unit's effectiveness and efficiency.Participating as a member of the PEO's executive team in the overall management of the PEO and ensuring fulfillment of the statutory mandate, vision, and business plan.Cultivating a collaborative, diverse, inclusive,



and respectful workplace.Ensuring timely identification and management of critical issues.Managing the Unit's budget and staff in accordance with Ontario Public Service financial and human resource guidelines and policies, collaboratively with the executive team.QualificationsMembership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.Demonstrated managerial and organizational skills.Proven ability to build high‑performing teams.Leadership skills to guide long‑term strategic planning.Ability to set and manage competing priorities.Commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.Knowledge of human resource management theories and practices.Knowledge of pay equity law and related areas such as labour relations, employment standards, human rights, and administrative law.Ability to work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders.Sound judgement.Excellent communication skills.High computer literacy, including proficiency with workflow management systems and standard office applications.BenefitsSalary Range: $165,177 - $225,974 Per Year.OPS is committed to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and anti‑racism.
