Location:CHANEL Toronto OfficesReports to:PresidentContract:Full time, Temporary position (until December 2026)Your role @ChanelAs the first point of contact, physically and virtually, for all staff and visitors in our Toronto offices, your role will be to welcome and take care of your internal and external clients and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the office.In addition to being the face of our Toronto offices, this role will dedicate a proportion of their role to providing additional receptionist support to our Candiac, Québec Warehouse (virtual switchboard system).What impact you can create at ChanelYou will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, effective and professional service to all clients as the first point of contact in person and for incoming switchboard facilities.You will create a positively memorable experience for any staff member or visitor who contacts or enters the building.You will manage the Reception to be immaculately well‑presented, covered and considered at all times, ensuring no guest or request is unanswered.You will proactively manage the boardroom and meetings (scheduling, catering, beverages, etc.) and handle all incoming and outgoing mail.You will collaborate with internal teams, more specifically the Public Relations and Training teams on ad‑hoc requests and projects, offering your excellent organizational tools as a helping hand in various scenarios.You will be the go‑to person for general queries and company knowledge for clients, including New Joiner processes, fire‑drill procedures, employee job titles, etc.You will execute tasks efficiently – booking FedEx requests, ordering products in bulk,
