What is in it for you:
- Salaried: $45-50 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate: $55-60 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- Build and maintain stakeholder and executive sponsor relationships.
- Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
- Lead readiness planning, adoption activities, and implementation support.
- Partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions.
- Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and organizational risks.
- Support stabilization and long-term sustainment activities.
- Advise managers and employees on employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures, and classification programs.
- Evaluate job positions, determine classification status, and assess salary alignment.
- Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
- Prepare reports related to organizational structures, job analysis, evaluation, and compensation analysis.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Change Management Certification and/or PMP Certification.
- 8+ years of progressive Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Business Readiness, or Transformation experience.
- Director-level experience leading enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
- 5-7 years of customer service related experience.
- Large-scale enterprise implementation experience involving LMS, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience with change governance, risk management, executive reporting, readiness planning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and developing adoption strategies.
- Executive-level presentation and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices, including equal employment chance and affirmative action.
- Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Strategic thinking with solid leadership and consulting skills.

Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.
- Enterprise Change Management and Transformation Leader background.
- Experience leading LMS, HR Technology, Talent Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience within large global organizations supporting 25,000+ employees.
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience leading enterprise culture transformation, mindset shifts, and behavior change initiatives across global organizations.
