Working both day and night shifts, you prepare a wide variety of sandwich and specialty items to fulfill the bagged lunch program. You will work with Culinary leads to present attractive and well‑prepared products each day.Remote Work LifestyleThe position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities:All meals and accommodations are providedTravel is provided to and from the site locations from designated locations in Winnipeg, Thompson, Flin Flon and The PasPrivate room with cable televisionAccess to Wi‑FiAccess to laundry facilities and detergentsAccess to a gym and common areasKey ResponsibilitiesPreparing all sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus including specialty sandwiches and compounds (i.E., egg salad, tuna, etc.)Properly rotating food products in order to keep spoilage and waste to a minimumMonitoring and coordinating the day‑to‑day set‑ups of sandwichesMaintaining a clean and sanitized workspace while complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements including floors, counters, shelves, fixtures, fittings,

Site locations are in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site or via ground on our shuttle. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.
