Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required. Minimum five years demonstrated leadership experience in a health care setting required. Quality improvement experience required. Demonstrated high level of professional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with both internal and external partners. Demonstrated leadership skills. Project management and evaluation knowledge and experience are required. Additional Required Qualifications
