stress‑free experience for every patientDriving re‑care, retention, and long‑term patient relationshipsIf you love organization, problem‑solving, and being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly—this role is incredibly rewarding.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Hygiene Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of both the patient journey and the clinical workflow.Your day‑to‑day will include:Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming front desk experienceManaging phone calls, inquiries, and efficient appointment bookingCoordinating and optimizing the hygiene schedule, including re‑care and patient flowProactively filling gaps through recall, reactivation, and short‑call listsSupporting hygienists by ensuring schedules are productive and well‑balancedManaging and maintaining accurate patient records and database integrityProcessing insurance claims, billing, and follow‑ups with providersIdentifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and patient flowCollaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless, high‑quality patient experienceHelping maintain systems and protocols that keep the clinic running smoothlyYou’ll be the person who brings structure, clarity, and flow to every day.The RoleFull‑time positionSchedule:
