This full time opportunity in the Alberta Public Service requires a strong background in financing strategies and project management. The role involves analyzing alternative capital financing, managing budgets, and developing P3 business cases. Engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to the assessment of funding arrangements for a variety of public infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Identify alternative financing options for infrastructure projects • Manage accounting and budgets for P3 portfolios • Develop business cases and manage RFQ/RFP processes • Monitor project scope, cost, and progress with stakeholders • Conduct research on best practices in P3 approaches

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field • 4 years of related experience in procurement • Strong financial analysis and communication skills • Familiarity with Alberta’s Public-Private Partnership Framework • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
