We are a not-for-profit charitable organization that assists approximately 120 people with barriers to employment and has approximately 100 employees.Mission StatementCareer Services is both a business and a service dedicated to expanding employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment. and principles are communicated and evident in all activities.Integral part of the administration team.Manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations for our employment support and business services.When possible, assist in developing independence for the people we support.Qualifications & Skills Requirements:Minimum 2-year College Diploma or University Degree in bookkeeping or administration.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Self-starter; ability to take the initiative and manage own work plan in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt and thrive in a highly active and changing work environment.Knowledge of the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services, and relevant Government Legislation.Proficiency with computer software: Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting Programs (e.G., SAGE).Social media skills are an asset.Previous experience providing administrative support for multi-faceted teams.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.Apply by [email protected].
