MATRIX Camps, Logistics & Aviation is seeking experienced 1st Cooks with Advanced First Aid for rotational positions at remote camp locations across Canada. This role suits a self‑motivated, adaptable culinary professional who excels in a team setting, maintains high standards of food quality and safety, and manages tasks with strong attention to detail and efficiency. Work is site‑based in remote camps with challenging weather conditions, and locations may change based on project requirements.Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including baked goods and desserts made from scratchPlan menus that meet resident client preferences and dietary / allergy requirements, and budgeted food costsManage food inventory, ordering, storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation following Matrix food safety planTrain, support, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining a safe, clean,
