Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends (8 and 12-hour shifts).

Rate of Pay:

Rate of Pay: $31.449 to $31.845 per hour plus applicable shift premiums for evenings, nights and weekends

The Opportunity

We need a Registration Clerk to join our Central Registration team! You want to be part of our Central Registration team because you are the first friendly face and voice our patients encounter – setting the tone for an exceptional CGMH experience. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where you play a key role in helping patients move safely and efficiently through their care journey.

In this role you will support patient registration and access across a variety of programs including diagnostic services and specialty clinics and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient information and flow. You will be part of a high-performing, supportive team that serves a growing community of over 74,000 residents and millions of visitors.

What You’ll Bring

Required

- OSSD or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience in a health care/hospital setting
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service

Preferred

- Medical Office Administration Course
- Experience with Meditech Expanse
