Key Requirements: 5+ years of change management experience Strong ERP business process and process mapping experience Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness, communications, training, and adoption Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors / H2R experience Prosci or CCMP certification Public-sector or municipal experience LeanIX exposure Rate:

Approximately

$100–$125/hour , depending on experience.
