Our workplace values diversity, promoting an environment where every individual is respected and valued.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, the Scheduler, Maintenance collaborates with the Mine Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure productive use of resources and minimize disruption to production.We seek someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can influence a team. This person should possess outstanding organizational, planning, and resourcing abilities, be detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.In this Role You WillParticipate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policiesEnsure all external and internal resources are verified to accommodate the schedule of planned activitiesUse the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other computer applications to support effective and efficient scheduling and reporting functionsSupport a 13‑week schedule window, communicate any resource concerns, and load appropriately in our CMMSEnsure that weekly schedules are prepared, published,
and issued to all stakeholdersActively participate in work control meetingsSupport daily schedule walkthroughs with supervisors to support effective work executionAssist in the collection, tracking, and achievement of scheduling Key Performance IndicatorsSchedule and participate in post‑Preventative Maintenance and completed Work Order quality reviewsManage risks that may affect developed schedules, such as weather, working at heights, confined or restricted workspace, and parts delivery delaysCoordinate parts and materials delivery and staging through materials techniciansPrepare a weekly schedule and review with the work execution group to ensure the schedule is locked in and published by the deadlineArrange for required resources such as cranes, contractors, and other support equipment to be available on the scheduled date and properly loaded into our CMMSRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environmentJourneyperson’s ticket, related technical diploma, or engineering degree, or a relevant combination of education and experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management SystemsPrevious experience with materials acquisition, planning, or scheduling in a maintenance environment is an assetFamiliarity with maintenance processes and other system software is an assetValid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalentSalaryBase salary: $102,400 / Year. The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.About EVREVR is a Canadian steelmaking coal producer.
