Pay: $55K to $80K8MSolar is a rapidly growing Solar company located in Raleigh, NC that is looking to expand their workforce with a dedicated and reliableLead Solar Installer .The objective of theLead Installeris to take a hands‑on approach to managing operations at installation sites ensuring timely completion of installations while meeting 8MSolar standards.ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical and electrical solar installation crews.Ensure 8MSolar construction prints are followed on all projects.Ensure safety standards are met and maintained during installation.Act as intermediary with customer on the day of installation.Real time quality assurance on all projects.Remain on site throughout installation in order to manage effectively.Perform walkthroughs with customers following project completion.Send daily project reports to management detailing construction activities.QualificationsPrevious work experience in solar installation.Strong attention to detail.Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid NC driver's license.Compensation package: $55K + Commissions.
