:

We are seeking a Process Planner – TMS to support manufacturing operations at our Longueuil, Quebec location.

This is a fully on-site, Monday-to-Friday role. Travel to sites including Mirabel, Toronto, and Lethbridge may be required up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

- Act as the technical subject-matter expert for Torque Management Systems across assembly sites.
- Manage TMS controller, tool, inventory, system-version, and license records.
- Develop and maintain TMS best practices, documentation, and operational cookbooks.
- Support TMS governance and long-term system strategy.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives involving TMS, induction heating, and related integration systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for TMS Andon systems; monitor quality, productivity, and efficiency indicators and implement solutions.
- Participate in TMS testing through production implementation.
- Support planning and design of manufacturing and assembly processes.




- Assist with improvements to production methods, manufacturing capacity, and production schedules.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, manufacturing systems, or process planning.
- Experience with torque systems, torque tools, and torque methodology is preferred.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, assembly processes, and assembly tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- CATIA experience is an asset.
- Mechanical Engineering background is an asset.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and travel as needed.
