Our client is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to oversee procurement, sourcing, planning and supplier performance while leading a team of procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the procurement/planning team.
- Oversee purchasing, supply planning and vendor performance.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiations, contracts and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance and risk.
- Ensure continuity of supply and timely delivery of materials.
- Partner with Operations, Sales and Demand Planning to align supply with business needs.
- Drive process improvements, KPIs, reporting and ERP/MRP enhancements.
- Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.




- Support new product launches and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- 6+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Ideal candidate to have CPG experience
- Solid sourcing, negotiation and supplier-management skills.
- Experience with contract manufacturing or outsourced production is an asset.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
