We’re looking for a Product Development Project Manager to oversee several large-scale projects, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards in our industries. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: Plan, monitor, and oversee activities related to new product development in accordance with the product development process (PDP)

Work closely with various departments to ensure project objectives are met

Establish and maintain overall project planning, while managing unforeseen issues and constraints to meet key milestones

Ensure adequate documentation of project implementation stages, in accordance with the PDP

Monitor budgets and report any variances or issues that could impact deliverables

Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings and foster employee engagement

Prepare and present progress reports to the executive committee

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during development projects

Prepare and facilitate follow-up meetings with clients

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll succeed in this role: University degree in a relevant field

Experience in project management or equivalent relevant experience (minimum of 5 years required)

Bilingual in French and English

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
