Product & Pricing Consultant II , you will partner with customers to successfully implement SaaS-based product and pricing solutions by translating business requirements into effective functional designs. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams to support successful delivery while applying banking and industry best practices.

Participate in business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders.

Perform fit-gap analysis and help identify appropriate solution approaches aligned with platform capabilities.

Prepare implementation deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test documentation.

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional clarifications.

Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test preparation, defect analysis, and resolution.

Conduct solution demonstrations, customer training,



and knowledge transfer sessions.

Build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Identify functional issues and risks and work collaboratively toward resolution.

Manage assigned deliverables and priorities within project timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Ideally 5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or a related role within Banking or Financial Services.

Experience participating in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.

Experience preparing functional implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.

Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies.

Exposure to REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data mapping.

A customer-focused and consultative mindset.

Effective collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
