• Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess risks • Install NG911 equipment for customers across Canada • Perform system configuration and testing • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Deliver training for Guardian call-taker systems

Requirements: • 5+ years of technical implementation experience • Knowledge of IP networking and cybersecurity principles • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux systems • Excellent communication skills in English and French • Ability to travel extensively across Canada
