Maintain continuity from project to project, site to site.Report to the Program Steering Committee for selected programs.Lead, manage and give direction to senior project managers, project managers and project coordinators within assigned portfolio.Foster and develop the project management team within the program portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery of customer solutions on time and on budget.Specific ResponsibilitiesLead the program team to execute projects on schedule, at or below budget, delivering the contracted scope of work to all applicable codes and standards.Key customer contact for escalations within Program Portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and documenting all key events and issues.Assess and identify risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans.Forecast program performance, develop budget allocations for labor and materials,



and oversee schedule development.Ensure adequate resource assignment to all program tasks; estimate revenue recognition and monitor receivables for all projects.Work with the Financial Analyst to ensure timely billing and invoicing; obtain necessary FAT, SAT and other approvals for on‐time payment and program closure.Prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts and reports as required by ATS management.Demonstrate extreme ownership for all projects within the program portfolio and mentor the program PM team.Manage programs in accordance with applicable ATS procedures, conduct regular team meetings and issue weekly program updates.Coordinate post‐project review, share best practices, and harmonize practices across projects.Act as customer advocate, elevating issues when required and partnering with ATS account managers.Participate in employee evaluation processes related to project managers.Track all contract changes and prepare CORs; review and approve PM‐generated CORs before sending for director approvals.Recognize change order opportunities and execute them ethically and profitably; support sales with customer visits and presentations.Assist in developing existing strategic accounts and promote aftermarket service offerings and spare parts packages.ComplianceConduct all business activities with the highest ethical standards in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.Ensure project activities comply with ATS and legal safety standards; prepare and act on PSHSR.Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment compliance; hold team membersaccountable during performance reviews.Implement and maintain the health, safety, and environment management system,



including hazard assessments and audits.Provide training per the training matrix and implement corrective measures for unsafe conditions.Ensure secure equipment, materials, and protective devices are provided and maintained.Provide information, instruction, and supervision to employees; take reasonable precautions for employee protection.Attend HSE due diligence and management training sessions; acquire global awareness of key customer accounts.Assist applications engineering with preparing quotations and customer interaction.Attend program status meetings as requested by Program Management Director.QualificationsEducation: A three or four‐year engineering degree or diploma (electronics, electrical, mechanical or controls engineering) is required. A Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or pursuit is an asset.
