To inform the Nunatsiavut Beneficiaries and community members of available programs, services and benefits.
To deliver and coordinate group sessions and presentations on health promotion, prevention and education.
To coordinate and offer special events and celebrations.
To provide individual and group programming for children, youth, adults and elders.
To demonstrate innovation and enthusiasm in developing and delivering promotion, prevention and education activities for various age groups.
To compile and submit monthly statistics and program activity reports to Team Leader.
To network and partner with other divisions within Nunatsiavut Government, agencies and organizations to ensure adequate services are provided to the membership.
To participate in staff development as required.
Work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Travel as required
Training and in servicing as required
Other related duties as required
Responsibilities View English and Inuktitut version

To conduct home visits.
To provide individual and group programming for children, youth, adults and elders.
To demonstrate innovation and enthusiasm in developing and delivering promotion, prevention and education activities for various age groups.
To compile and submit monthly statistics and program activity reports to Team Leader.
To network and partner with other divisions within Nunatsiavut Government, agencies and organizations to ensure adequate services are provided to the membership.

Qualifications
Minimum of Community Studies or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Self-directed with solid interpersonal, writing, communication and organizational skills
Assets
Bilingual in Inuktitut and English
CPR/First Aid
Valid Driver’s License
