We’re currently looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our People & Culture team who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience through best‑in‑class advantages administration and service delivery.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on and detail‑driven role and wants to own and elevate how benefits are delivered across our growing Canadian workforce.About the RoleThe Total Rewards Specialist will be a benefits‑first expert for administering and improving our health, dental, disability, and retirement (RRSP) programs.You’ll ensure employees have a seamless experience navigating their benefits, while also supporting compensation processes, disability administration, and broader total rewards initiatives.You’ll work closely with People & Culture partners, vendors, and employees across Canada to ensure our programs are accurate, compliant, competitive, and easy to understand.Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Administration (Primary Focus)Own end‑to‑end administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, life, STD/LTD, RRSP)Lead the annual benefits enrolment process – including communications, system setup, vendor coordination, and employee supportAct as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions, ensuring a high‑quality, responsive experienceManage employee life‑cycle changes (enrolments, updates, terminations, dependent changes)Partner with benefits providers to resolve issues, monitor service levels,



and improve deliveryEnsure accuracy through regular audits and data validationCompensation & Total Rewards SupportSupport annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus), data validation, and reportingAssist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysisProvide insights to support hiring, internal equity, and retention decisionsCompliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with Canadian benefits, employment, and privacy regulationsMaintain clear policies, process documentation, and employee‑facing materialsIdentify and implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and efficiencyPartner with HRIS and analytics teams to support reporting and system optimizationDisability AdministrationCoordinate all STD/LTD claims administration, including forms, tracking, and vendor interactionMaintain organized, compliant case documentation and follow‑up processesPartner with P&C Managers who lead employee case management and return‑to‑work planningWhat You BringEducation & CredentialsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related disciplineCCP, CEBS, CPHR, or SHRM designation is a strong assetExperience & Expertise5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewardsDemonstrated experience in Canadian group benefits (health, dental, STD/LTD) and RRSP plansExperience managing benefits enrolment cycles and vendor relationshipsExposure to compensation processes and/or disability administration is a strong assetStrong analytical and technical skills,
