This individual must have experience in warehouse operations, particularly in inventory control and quality assurance.**Position:** Full-Time, Permanent**Schedule:** Monday- Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm**Salary:** $22.50/hour (paid on a weekly basis!)**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Assisting in managing daily activities, monitoring product flow, providing training, and helping to resolve team issues.* Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts or spot checks, and manage warehouse organization using FIFO principles.* Be proactive in looking for ways to improve flow, reduce costs,



and minimize errors.* Must ensure proper receiving and storage of all warehouse items.* Must consistently perform a quality check to identify poor quality in Raw Material (RM) products, communicating any discrepancies to purchasing.* Distributes work orders to all areas of the warehouse.* Maintains a consistent workflow in all areas of selection/loading/replenishment.* Researches shorts and make appropriate substitutions.* Verify V2 prior to invoicing routes.* Performs general office/clerical work such as answering phones, copying, running spreadsheets and reports, answering radios, performing research, etc.* Communicates daily with Management Team (Supervisors/Leads).* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Required Skills and****Qualifications****:*** High School / Equivalent required.* Inventory control experience is an asset.* Must be able to operate a forklift or pallet jack. A valid Forklift license is a strong asset.* Experience working in food manufacturing industry is an asset.* Must exhibit strong leadership qualities and a proactive mindset.* Must have good written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.* Must be comfortable using different computer systems.* Excellent attention to detail and solid motivation toward company, team,
