About the Role
Lemmer Spray Systems is looking for a hands-on, technically minded Production & Assembly Technician to join our Calgary team.
You will work with your hands assembling, testing, repairing, and preparing professional spray and industrial equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys building things, solving practical problems, and taking pride in doing a job properly.
You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to be mechanically inclined, willing to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble spray and industrial equipment
- Install pumps, hoses, fittings, valves, regulators, and related components
- Read basic assembly instructions, diagrams, and parts lists
- Test completed equipment to make sure it operates properly
- Identify leaks, incorrect fittings, loose connections, or other assembly problems
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance
- Prepare finished equipment for shipment or customer pickup
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Assist with prototypes, product improvements, and special builds when required
- Work across different production and technical tasks as business needs change
- Work closely with experienced production and technical staff

Experience That Would Be Helpful Experience in any of the following would be an asset:
- Mechanical assembly
- Automotive or heavy-duty equipment
- Pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or pneumatics
- Spray equipment
- Manufacturing or fabrication
- Industrial equipment
- Plumbing, fittings, hoses, or fluid systems
- Equipment repair or maintenance
Formal education is less important to us than mechanical aptitude, work ethic, attention to detail, common sense, and the ability to learn.
