Looking for a hands-on role in a small, dynamic company?

We are a collaborative team combining expertise in design, manufacturing, surgical practice and business to create realistic synthetic models that are transforming surgical training. Our high-fidelity, anatomical models are designed, manufactured and assembled completely in-house.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated team members who take pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

Our Production Associates support various aspects of manufacturing. We are currently seeking candidates for two specialized roles:

- Bone Manufacturing - The first step in the creation of our models and the foundation of successful manufacturing.
- Soft Tissue Manufacturing & Sub-Assembly - production and assembly of synthetic soft tissue components.

Responsibilities may include:

Following instructional procedures for

- Pouring, trimming and preparation of parts
- Creating and filling molds
- Polishing parts
- Producing sub-assemblies
- Performing quality control inspections of completed parts
- Assisting with continuous improvement of production processes
- Understanding and following production schedules to meet deadlines

Job Qualifications





- Ability to understand and follow production schedules
- Strong hands-on skills and confidence working with power tools
- Excellent craftsmanship skills with an appreciation for precision, quality and attention to detail
- Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods
- Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team workplace
- Reliable, organized and quality-focused approach to work

Assets:

- Experience with sub-assembly or small-scale manufacturing
- Knowledge or experience working with materials such as urethane and resin
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Precision polishing and finishing techniques
- Enjoys repetition and mastery over their materials and crafts
