Apollo Machine is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton.

This role supports the Production Manager and works closely with the shop floor, purchasing, sales, and outside vendors to help coordinate production activity and customer orders.

The position includes both office and shop floor coordination, with a focus on high volume CNC machined production parts.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production jobs and priorities through the shop

Follow up on job status, timing, and priority items

Track customer orders, material availability, and outside processing

Use Epicor and Excel to update and review job information

Communicate with production, sales, purchasing, and the shop floor

Provide customer updates when required by phone or email

Assist with general production coordination and scheduling support

Identify potential delays and communicate updates clearly

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills are required





Comfortable using computer systems and ERP software

Good communication and follow-up skills

Able to work in both an office and shop floor environment

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing workplace

Manufacturing, machine shop, production, logistics, or coordination experience is an asset

Epicor experience is an asset

No drawing reading experience is required
