Allied Threaded Products Inc. in Orangeville, Ontario is looking for a Production Saw Operator.

The role is responsible for operating equipment to cut threaded rod, studs, and bolts to customer specification in an accurate and timely matter.

Responsibilities:

- Operate the machinery (programmable auto feed industrial band saw, threading machines, chamfer machines, etc.) as well as monitor and verify it is operating correctly at all times
- Perform quality checks as required
- Responsible for set-up and operation of equipment
- Perform all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified
- Responsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance,



as well as area upkeep and cleanliness
- Operate forklift
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
- Perform other duties as defined by supervisor

Knowledge & Skills:

- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Must be able to regularly lift 60 lbs at a minimum
- Forklift license is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime available as needed.
