Duties

- Operate packaging equipment and assist with product assembly to meet production targets efficiently
- Use forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies around the facility
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to keep work areas clean and comply with food safety regulations
- Monitor machinery for proper functioning, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and report issues promptly
- Assist in food processing tasks by preparing ingredients, loading machines, and ensuring proper handling of products




- Conduct quality checks using basic math skills to verify weights, counts, and measurements during production
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, sanitation routines, and safety checks

Skills

- Experience with packaging operations in a manufacturing or food industry setting preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality verification tasks
- Knowledge of food processing procedures and quality control measures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols consistently
