AAROG FOODS INC. is a growing Surrey-based food manufacturing company producing shelf-stable flour blends and lentil-based food mixes. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production & Warehouse Operator to support daily manufacturing, packaging, inventory and warehouse operations.

This is a practical role suited to someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with physical work and willing to learn food-production procedures.

Responsibilities

- Receive and store food ingredients and packaging materials
- Verify incoming quantities and assist with receiving records
- Weigh and prepare ingredients according to production instructions
- Assist with dry blending and batch preparation
- Fill, weigh, seal and package finished food products
- Apply lot/date codes and prepare finished products for cases
- Maintain production, packaging and traceability records
- Perform inventory counts and organize raw materials, packaging and finished goods
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
- Prepare orders for retailer deliveries, pickups and shipping
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools and work areas
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse organization and other production duties as required

Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow detailed instructions




- Comfortable working independently after training
- Good attention to accuracy, cleanliness and organization
- Able to perform repetitive production and packaging work
- Comfortable lifting and moving ingredients, boxes and finished products
- Basic English communication and record-keeping skills
- Previous warehouse, food production, packaging or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
- FoodSafe certification is an asset
- Basic computer/tablet skills are an asset
