Application Production Support | Montreal, QC | Contract.

Soho Square Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading global bank for a production support specialist covering Credits, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization applications on their Banking Platform team.

You will support a critical 24x7 application workplace. You will own L1/L2 incident, problem, and change management. You will work directly with data flows connecting Credit, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization systems to their upstream and downstream partners.

What you will do

- Provide production support and coordinate incident, problem, and change management, including deployments.
- Support the Operations team on technical issues.
- Participate in yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing.
- Support technical projects: coordinate tasks, report status, advise on production constraints and environment readiness.




- Maintain systems per Information Security guidelines and manage Cyberark bypass controls.
- Document technical processes and data flows. Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
- Help industrialize legacy processes using AI.

What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines.
- Solid understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization: Special Purpose Fund/CLO, RMBS, CMBS, ABS.
- At least one scripting skill: Shell, Perl, Batch, or Python.
- Experience with incident/problem/change management processes.
- Working knowledge of Java J2EE applications.
- Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) and Jira.
- Comfortable with Unix/Linux/Windows server environments and app deployments.
- Available for 24/7 on-call rotation.
