Peace & Polish Cleaning Co. is a locally female-owned and operated professional cleaning company serving Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. We specialize in premium residential and commercial cleaning and are known for our attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and high standards of care.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team.

About the Position

As a Skilled Cleaner with Peace & Polish, you will work in a variety of residential and commercial properties while following our established cleaning methods and quality standards.

We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that the small details matter. This isn't a position for someone who simply wants to get through a checklist—we want someone who notices the little things, cares about the finished result, and understands the trust involved in caring for someone's home.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services
- Complete recurring maintenance and detailed deep cleans
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Dust furniture, décor, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Vacuum, mop, and provide detailed floor care
- Complete move-in/move-out, pre-listing, Airbnb, and specialty cleaning as required
- Properly use and care for professional cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Follow Peace & Polish cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and property at all times
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Work efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of work

What We're Looking For Professional cleaning experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation
- Weekday daytime availability
- Ability to travel to client locations throughout Thunder Bay and occasionally surrounding areas
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of professional cleaning, including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement
