This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex components, taking ownership of setups and programming, and contributing to a high-quality production environment.This position is best suited for a hands-on machinist with strong milling experience who can confidently work independently from print to finished product.Full-Time | Day Shift | Southwestern OntarioPay: $25.00 - $35.00/hourWhat You’ll Be DoingProgram, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment for custom and production machining projectsInterpret engineering drawingsCreate and modify programs using CAM softwarePerform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and qualityConduct first-off inspections and verify dimensions using precision measuring equipmentTroubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and scrapSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle times, tooling,
