Here are the main responsibilities:* Analyze complex life, health, and disability cases by applying established underwriting rules.* Negotiate the best possible offer with reinsurers to ensure competitive, client-centered outcomes.* Examine, assess, and propose solutions for more complex files.* Act as a coach to less experienced underwriters.* Collaborate with IT teams and Business Analysts as an expert in the implementation of a current underwriting automation system.**What could accelerate your success in this role**We're looking for someone who**:*** Holds a bachelor's degree or any other relevant academic background.* Brings 8+ years of experience in individual life underwriting or in a similar role.* Is recognized for strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
