The role evaluates compliance with legislation and departmental policies, consults with internal and external stakeholders, recommends mitigation measures and approval conditions, prepares formal departmental responses,



monitors approvals, and represents the department in appeal processes while providing general land use and transportation planning advice.QualificationsEssentialCompletion of post-secondary education or a diploma from a recognized college, technical institute, or university in applied science, land use planning, urban planning, or a related field.
