As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Roofing Project Manager with a focus on flat roofing systems, particularly SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) applications, to support the coordination and execution of high-profile construction projects across the Lower Mainland.What You’ll DoManage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects including but not limited to: SBS, hot rubber, liquid coatings, and sheet metal.Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsMonitor project costs and control expenses to stay within budgetCommunicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team membersMaintain thorough documentation using project management softwareAdminister contracts, manage change orders,
