LOCATION:65 Queen St. W., Unit 12, Toronto, ONSALARY:$36.25 per hour; full-time position (40 hours/week)JOB DESCRIPTIONOversee, organize, plan and control the operation of the catering businessExperience working with marketing team to expand catering menus, provide sample products at meetings with clients to grow the businessUnderstand specific customer needs according to food allergies and sensitivity and provide optionsDevelop menus in collaboration with the barista and franchisor, considering factors such as the type of event and the client’s budgetOrganize and supervise the work of the catering team to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and other food and beverage preparation areasControl budgets and minimize expenditure by efficiently managing resourcesHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptlyEstablish relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts for beverages, food and other suppliesConducting regular inventory checks and ordering supplies as necessaryRecruit, train,
