Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineering Manager (PEM) to lead engineering execution for multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM projects. The successful candidate will oversee engineering planning, technical coordination, engineering quality, discipline integration,
resource management, and engineering delivery while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
The Senior Project Engineering
Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Discipline Leads, Construction, Procurement, and Project Controls to successfully deliver engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.
Engineering Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams. Coordinate engineering execution activities. Develop engineering execution plans. Monitor engineering progress and productivity. Manage engineering staffing requirements.
Technical Management
Coordinate engineering deliverables. Review engineering schedules. Manage engineering technical risks.
Project Support Support Project
Managers with planning and forecasting. Participate in project reviews. Support procurement and construction activities. Resolve technical issues.
Quality
Ensure engineering quality requirements are achieved. Support audits and lessons learned. Promote continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad‑hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. Knowledge/Qualifications/Training/Certification ~ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. ~ 15+ years engineering experience. ~ Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. ~ Excellent technical presentation abilities.
