Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and teams effectively. As a key player in our organization, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Your expertise in construction management software, technical schematics, and estimating will be instrumental in navigating complex projects and fostering strong client relationships.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication across teams.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders,



RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges proactively, and motivate team members toward shared goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Autodesk, ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Solid background in construction estimating techniques and cost control strategies.
- Familiarity with multifamily/mixed use project construction
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
