Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Read and interpret proejct information to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.




- Manage project schedules proactively by adjusting timelines based on progress reports and unforeseen challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to construction estimates.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools and estimating software
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders at all levels.
